Introduction

One Hat Design Studio, llc, an integrated media production company, was founded in 2002 by Scott Spuler. After eight years, the business boasts a wide assortment of clients and projects ranging from 3d animation and video production to complex interactive web applications. Although a small company, One Hat packs quite a punch! It is known for outputting clean, professional work of the highest quality at affordable prices. It brings together the skillsets of both artist and engineer in one unified package; being intimately familiar with the technology in its field, and using it as a tool for art and communication.

There are two significant distinctives of One Hat Design Studio, llc:
1) We are an integrated media company. Our expertise is in a wide range of disciplines. We take each of these separate disciplines and bind them together. For instance, we may start by creating a corporate identity for a company. We’ll then take that identity and build a website out of it. After that we’ll produce a sales video matching the website and corporate identity. Audio work will show up on our video, which will itself end up back on the website; and all of this will be done in-house! Essentially, we are a one-stop shop for media production.

2) We exemplify the rare combination of artist and engineer. Most web firms are strong in either design or programming, but not both. One Hat Design Studio excels in both categories. In fact, there is much overlap and mutual influence between the two. To us, programming is an art form, and our art demands structure and order.
